Founded with the blessings of Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, Asanteman UK was established to unite people of
Asante heritage living in the United Kingdom and beyond. The organisation serves as a cultural,
educational, and humanitarian platform—bridging the diaspora with the homeland while preserving the
rich traditions of Asanteman.

Discover the Rich Legacy of Asanteman
Asanteman, founded in the 1670s by Osei Tutu I and Okomfo Anokye, was a powerful, highly centralized Akan empire in modern-day Ghana, renowned for its military strength, gold wealth, and the Golden Stool (Sika Dwa).
